三一真情售后：有这样的服务兄弟 我们放心

一名三一挖掘机客户，说到三一的服务，感受很深:
前段时间，有一天，天刚蒙蒙亮，天下着大雨，由于工期紧，我的挖机在石料厂里不分日夜地忙碌着。突然间，山体松动，一块碎石砸向挖机。
不一会儿，操作手气喘吁吁地跑来告诉我，挖机不能动了，山体随时会滑坡。我脑子嗡的响了一下。如果不能及时完工，这单生意怕要丢了，这可是我谈了一年才谈下来的生意啊！
危急时刻，我想到了三一服务。于是赶紧给三一售后服务工程师徐鹏伟打了电话。挂掉电话后，我回头又想了想，天下这么大雨，石料厂离公路至少要十几公里左右，服务车肯定上不来，这边路上又多泥石流，让人扛着工具怎么上来呢？我想只能听天由命吧，就叫操作手锁了车门，等雨停了再说。
正准备收工，操作手突然叫我，“你看，山下面有个小红点，是不是三一的人来了？”我努力的向山下看，只见一个小红点在泥泞的山路上，一点一点的移动，虽然不是很清楚，但我敢肯定是三一的售后，这天气不会再有别的人来了。
这让我重新有了战斗的勇气。徐鹏伟过来就开始维修。看着随时会落下来的碎石，我很担心，嘱咐他一定要小心。小徐笑了笑，叫我放心。他爬上爬下地忙碌着。
几个小时后，徐鹏伟才从挖机里探出头里，露出憨憨的笑容：“王老板，您的挖机可以正常工作了。”那一刻，我不由得心头一热。没一会，机子就开出来了。从那以后，我是完全相信三一了。有这么好的服务工程师，我还有什么后顾之忧呢？

回复Okay, talk about having some imeisprve features. I like how it unfollows the people whom have not followed you back after a certain amount of time.Nice tool. Not too sure if I would pay for it though because honestly I can find similar features in other places. Nice review though
